Your puppy's CPD registration number is required. If you do not have the CPD registration number, please explain yourself in the comment section. If the CPD can verify your information, we will issue a duplicate certificate to the registered owner only.

If your registration certificate is within our database, you will be sent a duplicate at no extra charge. 

If your registration certificate is not within our database, you will be notified via email within 12 hours.
